wireless protocol selection where?

I'm kind of underwhelmed at the complete lack of advanced configurable  options for an enterprise level product such as this (even the most basic consumer AP has 5 times more options):

• Where is the option to select the wifi protocol?, for example: if i only want 802.11n or gn or abgn
  
• Where is the option to select the regulatory country?, i don't like it's auto-picking it for me based on what? the registration data of the UTM itself?, this should be freely configurable

Also, auto channel selection is not working very well, it's not adapting inflight and does seem to select only on AP boot when it should be monitoring the usage periodically (every N-hours and reconfig as necessary).
Channel selection is also iffy as i see all the APs going to channel 1 (even when some of them see themselves)
