Hey there,
we have a network with 2 x AP 10, 1 x AP 30 and 1x AP 50 Access Point.
Our internal Network is 192.168.0.0/24 and we have a SSID bridged to the AP LAN.
The SSID is configured with WPA/WPA2 Personal on 2,4 GHz network.
The SSID is grouped on every Access Point available.
So far all works well with the Access Point, we can surf internet etc.
What doesn't work is Airplay.
It takes a lot of time until we see Airplay devices likes Apple Airport Express which we attached as Wifi Clients that have speakers connected, Apple TVs etc.
Sometimes we see them, most of the time it takes almost 5 Minutes until they appear and even if we see them we get connection loss while streaming.
What would be the perfect setup for Airplay and why do we often don't see our Airplay devices and Printers?
In this constellation it also makes no difference if we connect to Wifi or Cable
connected Airplay devices.
What always works are cabled to cabled devices, but wifi to cabled or wifi to wifi is horrable.
Our Wifi Airplay devices are B&O Playmaker, Airport Express, B&W Zeppelin, Apple TV etc.
It would be great if someone could help.
Regards,
Dino
