Connection error aps Rev. 2 model 10 and 30

I have the following problem I want to configure aps rev 2 models 10 and 30 in a 120 utm utm when connected to a test if you connect. But when I put the app in production gives me the following error and can not be configured.


They have reset the aps and installed the current system is utm utm 9204-20

    Hi,

    there are problems with the red tunnel.
    2 questions on this for further investigations:

    * What is between the UTM and the AP10 (switches, routers)?
    * May you post the output of "cat /proc/net/red" on the utm?
