Hotspot config

I tried setting up a hotspot using the following;

I have flashed a WRT54GL Linksys with dd-wrt firmware and set it up as AP with DHCP disabled and in UTM created a DHCP range on the interface.
Enabled wireless security on the WRT54GL
The WRT54GL connects to the UTM on his own interface (a 3rd NIC) on his own range 192.168.1.1/24
My normal LAN is 10.0.0.2/16

Created a hotspot named HOTSPOT in UTM, but it does not work.
Have i missed something or is there a complete tutorial for my setup?

    I have started all over again and put all steps in a word document attached to this post in a .zip file

    When connecting to the Hotspot_1 network it is possible to connect to the AP but there is no IP address provided.
    In both Hotspot and DHCP logs no entry’s appear.
    When i put a 192.168.1.5 address on my WiFi NIC i have the same problem and i cannot PING 192.168.1.1 [:S]

    It works now!
    I first activated the AP DHCP and connected and i got an IP from the UTM range, not the AP (made sure that they where different so i would recognize who handed out the IP)
    I changed the AP setting from no DHCP to DHCP forwarder pointing to UTM and i kept getting addresses from the UTM range.

    My other AP is set to no DHCP and works fine with the UTM so i assumed that would be a good setting for the other one as well.

    What is the problem preventing the AP to get DHCP from UTM as the both AP's connect to a different NIC on the UTM and 1 works and the other not?

    Only real difference is between the DD-WRT firmware installed on the both.
