Hello,
Need a help figuring out what is happening here and how can i solve this.
I have an installation with several AP 50's and on some of them i have an external omnidirectional 12db gain antenna. No problem here, all is working fine. But on one of them i have connected two of these antennas with 12mts of cable on one and 24 mts on the other. Each of the antennas is working fine on it own (if i only connect one to the AP), but when i connect both the signal dies. It's there but much weaker than expected and than with only one antenna. (they are more or less 15 to 20 mts apart from each other).
The thing is that we need to cover a large area with several obstacles and so the antennas are both needed. Is there any limitation on the AP, can this be loss of power from the AP or is that the antennas are interfering with each other?
has anybody had any similar situation or knows about any limitation?
Thanks
