Detailed steps for WAP2 Enterprise with AD authentication?

I'd like to use WPA2 Enterprise on a UTM 425 (9.111-7) authenticating to Windows Server 2008 AD.  I've successfully set up an AD authentication server and tested user authentication (in Definitions and Users).  When I try to authenticate using an iPad Air the WiFi login screen hangs after I tap Join and the connection is unsuccessful.  

I think detailed steps for setting up WPA2 Enterprise with AD authentication would be helpful if anyone can direct me to any such resources.
