AP 30 Freeze

hai ,

I am using 13 AP 30 and UTM 625 but from the time i configure this 13 AP30 i am facing problem with the clients they are freezing and no action can be taken at client site or it will be shown connection but no internet , no connectivity to LAN....

UTM 625. ver 9.109   is there any bug in this version or any other version... i faced the same problem in 8.311 as well....

    Hi, have you talked to your reseller or Sophos support about this?

    sorry for long delay...

    i had spoke with sophos support but not really helpful. but thank god we fix the problem in different way...

    reduce TX Power 2.4 GHz:for minimum  (some 25% , 50% l as per the area need to be covered.)

    disable the option from the cisco switch if the port connected to AP30 is ideal dont disconnect the communication(previously when switch finds its port connected to the AP 30 is ideal it used to disconnect the port)

    configure wireless network separate to LAN and firewall rule for communication between the wireless network and LAN.

    now its being more then two month everything working smoothly..
