ASG220 V9.102-8 WiFi lost connection to Clients

Hi,

now it´s the 2th time that the WiFi stopp to Work. The Client cant reconnects to the ASG. Only a switch off/on of the Access Points solve the Problem.
it looks like as in V9.101.

Had anyone the same problems?

regards,

Andy

  • But WIFI is still working for some Clients. We have two AP30 and one AP10 on Version 9.102-8. The Clients can not reconnect after they lost the Connection. I found out if i change the Channel and save it and then change it back it works for some undefined Time. There is a Patch urgently needed.

  • I am sitting at V9.103 but do have to power off my access points time to time to allow people to connect to them.  Most people connected before it starts acting up are usually still able to use the access point, just no new devices can connect.

  • Same Problem. AP needs a restart (initiated by power loss, asg restart or config change).

Issue solved by sophos support (new AP firmware).
    Should be included in 9.104.
