Mesh network is too slow...

I have 3 AP50, I just setup 2 mesh network with 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I found the wifi speed is too slow than without mesh network. 

My network:

2 CISCO AP (dual ssid on two vlans)

3 AP50 (each has two ssids, same name and vlans like cisco AP)

All APs connect to trunk ports.  all 3 ap50 set to root access (Not sure this)
