I found that when I added a new MAC address MAC Address Definition. The changes will not affect and I need to change and save the MAC filtering type once, then change back to the original setting to push the configure to all AP the log will show "Configuration change detected" and affect immediately, or I disconnect the power to the AP and force the AP to get the latest configure. How to make the changes immediately when I edit the MAC address?
