AP10 Behind RED

Does the AP10 plugged into a RED completely replace the home office users existing WLAN? Meaning would I need to disable the WLAN on say their netgear and reconnect all local devices through the AP10?

The devices should not recognize a change if you create a network with the same credentials (ssid and pwd).
