Android phones not connecting to AP50s

Hi

We have a new deployment of 6 AP50s running on a UTM320 cluster.
Running Firmware version: 9.002-12

It seems that no Android phones cannot connect via Wifi (basic WPA2 Personal with PSK) yet my Android tablet can perfectly. All android phones affected (HTC/Samsung) on different Android versions.

Has anyone experienced this?

    Hi,
    I have found that a factory reset fixes the Galaxies regardless of model.
    Worst thing is this not an Sophos issue but a Samsung issue.
    I have the problem at home on AP10 and AP30 and at work on run of mill APs. Hopefully the soon to be released update might fix this issue.

    I am about to factory reset mine for the 4 time in 2 months.
