AP10 "Roaming" Network

Hi Guys 

iv been hanging around here for a while but never really posted so here it goes.

Is it possible with the AP10's to have a roaming network so i can walk around our offices's going from one AP to another without loosing connection?

    All Astaro APs have the same capabilities for roaming and configuration.  The AP 30 & 50 have more/better radios.  The link I gave above goies into detail.

    background, I have 2 APs on my ASG, an AP10 and AP30 and my devices seem to be able wander between the 2 without a problem.

    You will need to have the SSID and password the same on both APs and on different channels. Try locking you APs on different channels that are not over lapping.

    AFAIK the part in bold is not necessary.

    Some clients (e.g. Intel) offer a few driver settings regarding roaming. By default, they only roam after signal lost but not necessarily if a better signal is available. You need to increase the 'roaming-dynamics' to roam earlier.
