ASG 8.203 doesn't see AP 10

Hi, 

Just bought an AP 10 and plugged it in.  I can see that it gets an IP address (on my "internal" network as defined on ASG) and I can ping it from the ASG.

But it doesn't show up as pending (or at all) under "Access Points" on the ASG.  Power light shows slow blink indicating lack of connection to ASG.

Not sure what to try next.
