User licensing counts of IP addresses and Access Points

Scenario:
This widget company, already has an ASG 25 user license (software).  They currently have 17 wired desktops, and the usual IP using devices - so close to all 25 IP's used.

This year, one of the bosses, was "elected" and will be hosting a monthly meeting for an industry organization (don't you love to "volunteer"?).  Maybe 25-40 people will show up for these shindigs, many with laptops, etc.

So for wireless, they don't want to get an AP-30, and then totally blow past their licensed user counts.  Obviously, the 7 day IP address memory could be a problem too.

1.) So, when using the Astaro AP's, would "Guest" usage count against their user licensing counts?

2.) If that doesn't work, what alternatives might there be? Can we place the visitors in a not counted DMZ or something?
