Hide SSID doesn't work on AP10

Hi,

I added a new wireless network for that I don't want the SSID to be promoted.
But the SSID is still visible with the other SSIDs of my AP10.

Is it not possible to hide only one SSID? Do I have to hide all?

    Hi Walter,

    Not sure what the problem is here, I run two wireless networks through an AP10 and can promote or hide any combination of SSID. The only thing I would say is once a change has been made to the config it does take a few seconds to work its way through the system.

    It's more than a week now and I tried switching Hide SSID on and off several times and let the AP10 enough time to reboot.

    What makes you think that the hidden ssid is broadcasted?

    I see the SSID in different devices, which had not been running since I started the new network.
    This weekend my kids came home and asked, what the new network is for.
    So I think that is enough evidence, that the SSID is not only in the cache. It is still broadcasted to new devices.
