Re-create the default GuestNetwork

Hi All,

I accidentally deleted the default (auto created) Guest Wireless Network. Can you please guide me how to undo this action.

I tried to deactivate and then re-activate the Wireless Security with no success.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hello to all three of you, and welcome to the User BB!

Have you tried restoring from a configuration backup?

If you are setting up Astaro for the first time, you can do a Factory Reset and go through the initial setup wizard.  The most common error people make in the intial setup is failing to give the Astaro a hostname that is an FQDN resolvable in public DNS.

  • I'd like this too .

In my case, the default interfaces and dhcp server for the Guest WLAN still exist, but I deleted the Guest network.

I tried to create a new network and told it to use 'Separate Zone'.  Client connects but cannot get a DHCP lease.

Is there a way to fix this?  I have a lot of backups but unsure which, if any, would still have this wizard created network.
    (My bridged networks work fine).
