Problem with AP30 and iPhone

Hi,
I have got a strange Problem with my AP30s and iPhones.
If the WLAN quality on the iPhone displays 3 Bars everything
is working fine. But if the WLAN qualitiy of the iPhone only
Displays 2 Bars I cannot access the network. Anyone an idea?

My Setup:
Two AP30s connected to a ASG220.
The APs are connected like:
ASG220--(2m Cable)--Switch--(2m Cable)--Injector--(30m Cable)--AP30

    when you iphone is connectet can you see it on the astaro?

    Yes, but only with 50% Signal Strength

    maybe you forgot a packet filter rule?

    No, since it is working if it has 3 Bars displayed on the iPhone
