PTP wireless - possible with two Sophos APs?

I want to set up an AP about 120 feet from my home to cover a detached garage that I plan to install a wireless camera in and be able to stream music from my NAS that's in the house in my server rack while I'm out there working in the yard during summer.

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a PTP wireless connection using Sophos APs? I can easily justify the cost of an AP, but radio equipment is overkill for what I want to accomplish, and I'd rather not drop PVC into my yard and break through the side of the house to run wiring/fiber. ;)

Would this be maybe a mesh network setup, or can I keep that a bit more simple?

i think the mesh wlan is your option

Thanks Dirk, I will try it out - I'm assuming I will have to get another APX to do this with, if I remember right the older APs won't be able to utilize Mesh.
