Voucer QR Code redirect to Port 4501 not responding with smartphones

Hi all,

 

we added a QR Code for our Vouchers, this QR is scanable and redirect to the right Gateway in the visitor WLAN with port 4501.

By example: 192.168.1.1:4501/

 

is working fine on notebooks, but on any smartphone android / iphone URL the URL is not responding but its the same Link and they are in the same network.
