Web Protection, YouTube App Not working

I have recently enabled decrypt and scan on some categories I have installed the CACERT on all machines and devices. The issue I have is that the YouTube App will not work on IOS devices, it works fine from a browser on windows based machines.

I filtered a device on the live log and managed to catch a few extra URLs, which I added to the existing ipad/iPhone youtube exception (see screenshot below). However this did not work, under Application control I also created a YouTube rule to see if this would work but the result was the same.

If I don't proxy HTTPS traffic it works fine. Has anyone else faced this issue?

In the live log when using YouTube, can you look at the exception= and make sure that the exception is actually being applied - just in case there is a mistake in the RegEx.

Do you see anything in the log that actually looks like an error/block?

Hi Michael and thanks for your reply. Good news is i've managed to add a few other exceptions and I have finally got YouTube working.
