Web Filtering log "Connection refused"

I'm using a software that synchronizes and makes a backup of one database, when I activate the Web Filtering I get this error in the log

The software starts a infinite loop trying to connect to the IP, I have disabled the Application Control, Intrusion Prevention, Anti Virus, the filter is Transparente mode, allowed all the categories, HTTPS is set URL filtering only, no HTTPS Scan, and added the IP 45.55.17.97 to the exceptions, I have checked others logs and nothing appears, added the IP to the Skip Transparent Mode, and nothing works, I don't know what else to do

  • Hi Francisco and welcome to the UTM Community!

Show a picture of the Edit (with Advanced open) of the Host definition with IP 45.55.17.97 that you added to Destination in the Skiplist.

    Cheers - Bob

  • Thanks for fast respond Bob, we actually decided not using anymore the sync of the database because it was damaging the data, and for that reason isn't necessary to bypass the firewall, but in the future if we use the sync again I will ask.
