I'm using a software that synchronizes and makes a backup of one database, when I activate the Web Filtering I get this error in the log

The software starts a infinite loop trying to connect to the IP, I have disabled the Application Control, Intrusion Prevention, Anti Virus, the filter is Transparente mode, allowed all the categories, HTTPS is set URL filtering only, no HTTPS Scan, and added the IP 45.55.17.97 to the exceptions, I have checked others logs and nothing appears, added the IP to the Skip Transparent Mode, and nothing works, I don't know what else to do
