Http proxy error "Internal memory limit reached"?

Trying to download latest version for GIMP on Windows and got this error message from the http proxy "Internal memory limit reached" on a SG 125 with 4GB RAM.

RAM-utilization is 62%.

Gimp file size is 80 MB.

The file is downloaded to the UTM and the error is thrown during scanning.

How come and how to fix?

Possible the compression within this file is a Problem.

You can cereate an AV-exception for this download and check the file manually.

What is your limit (MB) for scanning and are you using single or dual scan?

And maybe open a support ticket.

Maybe thats a little high, if I remember correct default is 50 or 30 MB.
