How can I access streaming sites with secure vpn protocol?

Most of the VPN for streaming services I have used offer PPTP and L2TP/IPsec for fast streaming. These protocols are fast and recommended for streaming but are not as secure as SSL and OpenVPN. I heard OpenVPN and SSL make streaming speed slow.

    It's not possible to configure the UTM to be a client for PPTP or L2TP/IPsec.
