Problem "Host not found"

 Lately I've been having navigation problems with several pages, it shows me "host not found". Look in the proxy logs and I got the following:

2017: 06: 15-09: 29: 28 utm httpproxy [8429]: severity = "info" sys = "SecureWeb" sub = "http" request = "(nil)" function = "dns_expire" file = "Dns.c" line = "195" message = "dns query 687b (ww1.sunat.gob.pe) timed out, retransmitting (retry 1)"

I was tracking a client computer on my LAN, this computer has a transparent filter.

I have as DNS my internal 2 dns

Help me please !!

    My guess is that the issue is your ISP, Gerardo, not the UTM.
