Hello,

We have a problem loading youtube videos, even when we give permissions to some IP's to have access to this URL.

It's strange because they access to the website without any problems, but the videos don't load.

Hi and welcome,

assumption is you have exceptions in the http proxy? You will need to add more, please show what you are allowing?

yes this is the exceptions allowed:

^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.youtube\.com/
^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.youtube\.pt/

and

Skip this checks: URL Filter

Pedro, look in the Web Filtering log to see what needs to be allowed. If you don't see what's causing the problem in that log, do #1 in Rulz.
