Is there a way to block specific users from accessing specific sites? I have a request to block two users from accessing two specific sites.

I need to do this without blocking all access to the two sites to the rest of my users. Thanks!

Yes, there is. Using Web Protection you can do all that and more. Start by reading the documentation, as you will find no how-to here.

There are also some good training videos on youtube. You should check it out and get familiar with the concept. It's not hard to setup, as long as you understand how things work.
