Can't configure outlook account on users' pc

Hi all,

After formatting and downgrade a pc from Windows 10 to Windows 7 (Due to performance for certain tasks) I can't be able to configure outlook account on the pc.

I'm getting this error when I try to configure it.

And can't go on.

I'm using Go Daddy CA and it's marked as trusted on the UTM.

EDIT: Should I upload the certificate here?

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
