Transparant HTTPS Filtering on Android

We have transparant HTTPS filtering setup, this works for all devices except Android devices.

I've tried installing the certificate from UTM onto the phone but still get security warnings instead of blocked messages/allowed through when visiting HTTPS sites.

I've tried installed both the PEM certificate and the P12 certificate too but to no avail, still get security warnings on HTTPS sites.

Hi,

did you tried to install the certificate over the user portal with the "Sophos Network Agent" App?

I've tried the app but it's stating "No certificate found"

I've tried downloading the certificate from the user portal (on the Android) - it downloads but states "No certificate to install"

Strange. ^^

Some more ideas are:

-Try another browser.

-Check certificate encryption version

-Check browsersettings for accepted encrytions

Maybe there are some reasons that your browser doesnt accept the cerfiticate. I believe chrome for example is only accept sha-2 encrypted certificates.
