SSL Cert for BYOD Devices Using SSL Decrypt

I'm wanting to turn on SSL Decrypt on our web filtering.  I've successully done this on our domain machines and have used Group Policy to import the CA from the UTM but I want our BYOD devices to be able to download it via a link on the captive portal.  I'm trying to use the http://passthrough.fw-notify.net/cacert.pem link but I just get a "Not Found" error when I click on the link.  Probably something really simple but what am I doing wrong?

    At first, I was baffled by this, Michael, but then I did a face-palm and I bet you will, too. [;)]

    The user isn't connected to the network until after leaving the captive portal page.

    Hi Bob,

    Haha, of course!!  The answer is usually the simple one!!

    I wonder, then, the best way to offer the certs to BYOD users?  Does anyone have a good way of dealing with this?
