"the content could not be delivered......"

Hi all,

A few of my users get the following response when they try to browse certain websites during quota time

The content could not be delivered due to the following condition: missing parameters

This seems to be happening on both chrome and IE so not convinced its a browser issue. Has anyone else encountered and recovered this??

Thanks for your reply. I need to wait until the quota rule comes into force. I'll post it then. Couple of hours from now.
