Issues on IOS en Android with transparent proxy

Hi all,

We are having some issues on IOS en Android when using the transparent (HTTPS) proxy.

We installed our firewall's certificate by importing it from https://passthrough.fw-notify.net/cacert.pem

Some apps work fine now (e.g. WhatsApp), but others do not (Outlook for Android, email on IOS (using both hotmail and gmail addresses), banking apps on both platforms).

Is it possible that these apps do not rely on the OS's list of CA's but somehow use their own?

    Daaf, we need more raw data to be able to help. Start the Firewall and Web Filtering Live Logs and enter the LAN IP of a device for which things don't work. Show us one or two representative lines.

    Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post a line or two line corresponding to those you saw in the Live Log.
