Just come across an issue and not sure at this point if its a wider issue.
We have separate web filter policies for different departments, and these sync to different AD groups. Access is working fine.
I have just moved an existing user in AD from one group to another, lets say from "Sales Team 1" to "Sales Team 2" these groups are set to sync in UTM and users should hit the relevant policy for their department. The user changes were made a few hours ago but they are still hitting there old departmental UTM policy, "Sales Team 1". I have done a "Active Directory Group Membership Synchronization" in the UTM and this has not resolved the issue. The user is only a member of the one group that apples on the UTM.
The groups are quite large (probably 5000 or so users in each) how long should it take to update on its own ? or via a sync ?
Which is the best log to check the AD sync has worked and finished ?
