Downloader not working

When downloading from some sites and the UTM intercepts the download for an AV/Malware scan, all I see is the following image, not the actual download progress bar, and the download never finishes. Any ideas?

    is it actual version? try delete cache and try again.. it works with ie 11 (latest) at my win7 client..
