WAN Uplink Settings for BT Infinity

Hi,

I'm having some issues getting Sophos UTM to work with BT Infinity (fibre to the cabinet)

I'm not sure what the Wan Uplink settings should be for BT Infinity (fibre to the cabinet) can anyone help?

Nicholas

  • Did you ever get an answer to this.  I have the same - a draytek 130 modem connected to Sophos and I can get my ADSL line speeds, but cannot get it to switch to VDSL line speeds, as soon as I tick the VDSL box, the line drops and won't establish.

  • I have Draktek 130 modem and an running BT Infinity fine. You don't need the VSDL setting, and BT Infinity will not work with it set.

Access your modem dorectly using it's IP address, and make sure that it is set to VDSL or Auto

Then create a PPPOE WAN interface and input your BT user name and password, and it will work OK
