Our office is using UTM 9 with the latest firmware installed. We are facing some synchronization problems while using Office 365 applications (e.g. Outlook) as well as with OneDrive for Business. In particular, Office applications keep asking for signing-in credentials of OneDrive when a users tries to save a file, although the user has entered once the credentials during the login process.
We suspect we need to configure some exception rules to the application and/or web filtering of Web Protection feature. Has anyone configured similar rules?
