Has 9.402-7 Broken Web Filtering?

Since updating to 9.402-7 we've been having multiple issues with Web filtering including the errors below.

Today the filtering appears to have decided to completely ignore all web filtering policies and categorisation.

Anyone else having problems? I have raised a ticket with Support in the meantime.
