In Transparent mode, only TCP 80 and 443 ports are intercepted by Web Filtering module. All other traffic is redirected to firewall packet filtering.
But...if you configure client browsers and another proxy enabled applications automatically or manually with proxy settings, even in Transparent mode all of the HTTP/S traffic will be processed by UTM. In this scenario non-standard port must be defined and allowed in Filtering Options -> Misc. -> Allowed Target Services.
