WARN page asking for authentication after WARN page?

Why does WARN page ask for authentication after pressing Proceed button when AD authentication is in place? AD authentication is working fine for all other sites.

What method of filtering are you doing, Transparent or Proxy AD SSO?

Also, is the UTM on the default gateway path?
