Transparent SSO Mode not working.

Hi,

Transparent SSO Mode not working, in Standard Mode SSO is working ok. I receive a blank page when using transparent mode. Gateway of client is UTM. Am I missing something?

Radu,

When in transparent mode have you tired to disable the proxy setting within the browser? I wouldn't suspect there would be any difference in the authentication server so I would be curious to see what the web filter logs look like. Can we see if it is failing and which profile and content filter action is being applied? I am more so leaning toward it being a proxy setting within the browser. Try it in IE and disable the proxy in the LAN settings, under Internet Options and Connections.

Recommend wireshark to watch traffic to see what is actually being sent.

Are there any logs on the UTM?
