Blocking Facebook with Application control make Internet explorer crash

Our Firmware version: 9.350-12

Many end users compliance that they Internet Explorer 10 (We can't upgrade because some internal software not support higher version) Crash on many web pages.

After couple of months that we investigate this issue, we found that it's come from blocking Facebook on Application Control.

If we Enable Facebook on Application Control - the same site's that make Internet Explorer crashed - working fine.

Any idea how to fix it ?
