Good morning everybody, All my users are experiencing this problem since I upgraded to version 9.355-1 : Downloading a Gmail attachements, after clicking the download icon, nothing simply happens from the user point of view. Further tests shows that: The problem is related to the" Downloading/Antivirus scanning " page. if the file is too small to be scanned, they're OK. In Firefox (44.0.2), nothing happens (as mentioned above), but in IE 11, the progress page is shown with only the header and footer, nothing in between. No Chrome to test, sorry for that. The http log shows error="deferred download status refresh timeout, removing" when accessing " mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com/.../ I searched the forum and the only topic I found (dated years ago) points to a Java problem, I don't know if it is relevant. If it may help my Java is up to date (8.73). Can anybody please confirm this is an issue. I have a simple 6M pdf file that I can forward to anyone if needed. Cheers.

All my users are experiencing this problem since I upgraded to version 9.355-1 :

Downloading a Gmail attachements, after clicking the download icon, nothing simply happens from the user point of view.

Further tests shows that:

The problem is related to the" Downloading/Antivirus scanning" page. if the file is too small to be scanned, they're OK.
