(1) You can block the entire category and then create an Exception for the sites you want to allow.
(2) Or, in Application Control, you can create an Allow rule for the Streaming Media traffic you want and then create a rule following that that blocks all Streaming Media.
With a 220, the Web Filtering solution (1) is probably to be preferred unless you move up to a new SG Series appliance with more RAM.
