Quotas times less than 10 minutes?

Is there a way to change the granularity of usage time selections from anything other than 10 minutes, like 5 minutes?

For example, A 30 minute quota, with a 5 minute window, would allow 6 quick visits a day, instead of only 3  for 10 minutes.

    Absolutely not a supported feature, not tested, don't complain to support, etc.  But yes.

    cc get http quota_time_slice

    cc set http quota_time_slice 5

    If you do this, I highly recommend going to every policy that uses quota, checking and re-saving the policy.
