I have a Guest Wireless network which was created automatically during the activation of Wireless Protection with default settings.
After that an AP55c is configured and up and running.
A Hotspot has been created on the Guest Wireless network and connection to the Guest network is possible but no Hotspot loginpage is shown.
The Guest network DHCP is working and IP has been set from the range, but when entering for example www.cnn.com the following appears in the address bar;
http://172.16.28.1:4501/?location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2F
Masquerading rule is in place: Wireless Guest Network to WAN (auto created by wireless protection)
Web filtering is not the issue, the policy helpdesk testing tool shows connection allowed.
I purchased the AP55c for this purpose but can't get it to work......help would be highly appreciated
