How to get around the web-filter protection

Noticed something interesting, if you google "Naked Beach" for example, then click on images, if safe search is disabled the web-filter still allows pictures through, even with nudity blocked etc.

The UTM does not categorize every single picture on every website.

Google does categorize pictures for explicit content, and puts them under SafeSearch.

You can get the UTM to enforce SafeSearch on Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
