Web filtering corrupts large downloads since 9.353 (I think)

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone noticed same problem. Recently (I am on 9.353 home license) I was trying to download some Windows Server ISO for evaluation and was struggling to get it installed with various errors. Eventually found one forum stating that I must have corrupted ISO and advised to redownload. I did it twice using Chrome than IE... no change. Than I found hash for correct ISO on different forum and noticed that my hash was different. I did not help to download again using MS download manager too.

What helped on the first attempt though it was turning Web Filtering on the UTM altogether. Downloaded ISO - correct hash - installation without single hick up.

Now, today I am trying to patch one of my games and I am into 3rd hour redownloading the patch - repairing installation - patch - repairing... and so on. I am doing now with Web filtering off and... voila! Working. Sure there is a problem with the UTM??? I have plenty of exceptions for the sake of some "difficult" apps (like Skype, Netflix and loads others) but had absolutely no problems with common downloads until now. It surely has to be fixed otherwise the filtering is useless.

Anyone noticed anything similar? I believe it started since 9.353 but i havent downloaded anything bigger for a few weeks so possibly it could be a bit earlier.
