How to delist a domain from the Sophos Web filter?

Hi,

how does one go about delisting a false-positive from Sophos' Web Filter database?

One of our webservers was serving a Wordpress website which unfortunately was infected by a trojan und resulted in a massive amount of spam for a short period of time.

We took the site down but since then several of our other domains which reside on the same webserver seem to be inaccesible from other customers which also use Sophos UTM Web Security.

Since we're positive that none of our other websites residing on the same webserver were infected we'd like to delist those domains from the Web Security database of Sophos.

Is there a central authority which we can contact to initiate a delisting of our domains or is the only option to simply wait and instruct our customers to whitelist our domain in their on-site webfilter?

TIA,

Dominik

  • I'm confused. Should this thread be moved to the Web Server Security forum because your web server now is protected by the UTM's reverse proxy, but wasn't before?
