So I got a new Nvida Shield (the set top box, not the game pad) and updated it. When I play Netflix it will stop at random times and say “your device may not be connected to the internet, please try again” but there is no entry in any log that Sophos is blocking it. When I connect the shield directly to my modem it works fine, likewise when I connect it through my phone….works fine. Since I came from Untangle and host both Sophos and untangle on my esxi server I was able to go back with just a few clicks and then bam, no more problems. Netflix works fine on PC’s, tablets, fire stick/tv with Sophos UTM, it is just the Nvida Shield. Any recommendations? I did not see anyone else having this problem so I am curious to see if others saw this but did not post it.
