Web Protection download scanning page disappeared?

Hi Guys,

just tested two Customers with 9.351-3 installed. In both cases the Scanning Page is disappeared?

I checked Execeptions and https://www.sophos.com/de-de/support/knowledgebase/121219.aspx

I could not find any Configuration issue.

Any idea what to do ?

    The scanning page only appears if the Proxy thinks the download/scan will take more than a few seconds. However, check to make sure there isn't an Exception blocking the display of the scan page.
